RESOLUTION NO. 5280
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SAN RAFAEL DESIGNATING ALBERT PARK EXPANSION
AS THE RECIPIENT OF THE MONIES AVAILABLE FROM
THE 1976 STATE PARKS BOND ACT.
WHEREAS, the voters of the State of California passed
Proposition 2 authorizing the issuance of $850,000,000 for urban
parks projects; and
WHEREAS, this money has been made available to the
cities and counties of the State; and
WHEREAS, the City of San Rafael will be receiving monies
based on a distribution of funds within Marin County;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the San Rafael
City Council designates Albert Park Expansion as its park project
for these funds.
I, MARION A. GRADY, Clerk of the City of San aafael,
hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council
of said City held on Monday , the 4th day of
April , 1977, by the following vote, to wit:
