RESOLUTION OF APPRECIATION
TO
MARTIN MACKEY
WHEREAS, on the 13th day of April 1977 the many friends of the
Ecumenical Association for Housing will honor MARTIN
MACKEY for the significant contribution he has made
to the people of Marin through his leadership as
Executive Director of the agency for the past nine
years; and
WHEREAS, the citizenry of San Rafael wish to join in this tri-
bute to MARTIN MACKEY by expressing sincere gratitude
for his dedicated involvement in spearheading and
diligently pursuing the development and construction
of two outstanding moderate and low income projects
within our community; namely Martinelli House and
Pilgrim Park.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City
of San Rafael hereby extends wholehearted appreciation
to MARTIN MACKEY with the hope that MARTIN will con-
tinue to utilize his valuable knowledge and expertise
in the field of housing upon the return from his well-
deserved sabbatical.
I, MARION A. GRADY, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby certify
that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly introduced and
adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of the City of San Rafael
held on the 4th day of April, 1977, by the following vote, to -wit:
