RESOLUTION ORDERING, CLOSING, ABANDONING AND
VACATING 20' RADIAL ANCHOR EASEMENT, LOT 110,
RAFAEL RACQUET CLUB ESTATES UNIT FOUR
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of San Rafael on
the 18TH day of APRIL, 1977, adopted Resolution No. 5287 entitled
RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO VACATE 20' RADIAL ANCHOR EASEMENT, LOT
110, RAFAEL RACQUET CLUB ESTATES UNIT FOUR; and
and
WHEREAS, said Resolution was posted as required by law;
WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works of the City of
San Rafael, California, conspicuously posted notices of easement
vacation as required by law; and
WHEREAS, a hearing was had this day as required by law
and said Resolution No. 5287, at which hearing the Council of the
City of San Rafael heard evidence offered by persons interested;
and
WHEREAS, it appears from all of the evidence submitted
that the following described easement is unnecessary for present
or prospective public use;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED as follows:
1. That the following described easement is unnecessary
for present or prospective public use;
2. That the following described easement is hereby
ordered closed, abandoned and vacated;
3. That the easement closed, abandoned and vacated is
described on Exhibit "A" which is attached hereto and incorporated
herein by reference.

I, MARION A. GRADY, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and
regularly introduced and adopted at a REGULAR meeting of the
Council of the City of San Rafael held on the 16TH day of MAY,
1977, by the following vote, to -wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Jensen, Miskimen, Mulryan, Nixon and Mayor Bettini
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None

DESCRIPTION OF 20 FOOT RADIAL ANCHOR
EASEMENT TO BE ABANDONED ON LOT 110,
RAFAEL RACQUET CLUB ESTATES UNIT FOUR
A 20 foot radial anchor easement within
Lot 110 as said lot and easement are
shown on the map of "Rafael Racquet Club
Estates Unit Four", filed for record in
Book 12 of Maps at Page 104, Marin County
Records.
