A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
AMENDING SECTION 1.5 OF RESOLUTION NO. 5135 PERTAINING TO
THE COMPENSATION AND WORKING CONDITIONS FOR MISCELLANEOUS
MANAGEMENT, CONFIDENTIAL AND UNCLASSIFIED EMPLOYEES.
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of San Rafael
that Section 1.5 of Resolution No. 5135 be amended to read as follows:
Section 1 .5. The following salary range shall be included for unclassified
employees:
Title
Office Engineer
Deputy City Attorney
Minimum Maximum
1569 1816
1700 2000
This resolution shall take effect forthwith upon its adoption and the
several compensations and allowances herein provided shall be in full
force and effect as of and from July 1, 1977.
I, MARION A. GRADY, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby
certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced
an adjourned
and adopted at / regular meeting of the City Council of said City held
on Wednesday , the 15th day of June 1977, by the
following vote, to -wit:
