A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
AMENDING SECTION 1.1 OF RESOLUTION NO. 5134 PERTAINING TO
THE COMPENSATION AND WORKING CONDITIONS FOR MISCELLANEOUS
MANAGEMENT, CONFIDENTIAL AND UNCLASSIFIED EMPLOYEES.
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of San Rafael
that Section 1. 1 of Resolution No. 5134 be amended to read as follows:
Section 1.1. Administrative - Professional

This resolution shall take effect forthwith upon its adoption and the
several compensations and allowances herein provided shall be in full
force and effect as of and from July 1, 1977.
I, MARION A. GRADY, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, here-
by certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced
d'ourned
and adopted at awgular meeting of the City Council of said City held
on Wednesday , the 15th day of June , 1977, by the
following vote, to -wit:
