A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SIGNING
OF A LEASE OR AGREEMENT
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL HEREBY RESOLVES as follows:
The MAYOR and CITY CLERK are authorized to execute, on behalf of
the City of San Rafael a lease or agreement with
William J. Bielser
a copy of which is hereby attached and by this reference made a part hereof.
I, MARION A. GRADY, City Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby
certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced
and adopted at an adjourned meeting of the City Council of said
City held on Wednesday the 15th day of June
1977, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Jensen, Miskimen, Mulryan, Nixon and Mayor Bettini
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None

AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, the agreement made and entered into on the third day
of December 1973, by and between the City of San Rafael, a municipal
corporation, hereafter referred to as "City" and WILLIAM J. BIELSER,
hereafter referred to as "City Manager" shall be amended as follows:
WITNESSETH
Paragraph 1 shall be amended to read:
" 1 . The City hereby extends the contract with the
City Manager to and including the third day of
July, 1980."
Paragraph 3 shall be amended to read:
"3. In consideration of the City Manager for
performing those services required and directed
by the City Council, he shall be compensated
as follows: $ 36,816 ; said salary includes
duties as Executive Director of the San Rafael Re-
development Agency.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have entered into this Amendment
to Agreement this 15th day of June, 1977. -
