A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SIGNING
OF A LEASE OR AGREEMENT
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL HEREBY RESOLVES as follows:
The MAYOR and CITY CLERK are authorized to execute, on behalf of
the City of San Rafael a lease or agreement with
South Shore Manor Assoc., Hold Harmless Agreement re Use of Pool for
Canal Safety Swim Program
a copy of which is hereby attached and by this reference made a part hereof.
I, MARION A. GRADY, City Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby
certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced
and adopted at a
regular
meeting
of the
City
Council
of said
City held on
Tuesday
the
fifth
day
of
July ,
1977, by the following vote, to wit:

HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT
Notwithstanding any other agreements, the City of San Rafael agrees
to protect, hold ha less and indemnify

the owner/lessor of the property described below, only against legal
liability in respect to bodily injury, death,, and property damage, arising
from the negligence of City employees engaged in the Canal Safety Swim
Program while using said property during the times specified below:
23 Fairfax Apartment Swimming Pool
Monday - Thursday, July and August 1977 from 10:00 a. m. to 12:30 p. m.
