A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SIGNING
OF A LEASE OR AGREEMENT
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL HEREBY RESOLVES as follows:
The MAYOR and CITY CLERK are authorized to execute, on behalf of
the City of San Rafael a lease or agreement with
San Rafael Caves, Inc., for Dinosaur Egg Hunt on property bounded by Canal
Street, Catalina Street, Bahia Vista School, and Bellam Blvd. Extension,
a copy of which is hereby attached and by this reference made a part hereof.
I, MARION A. GRADY, City Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby
certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced
and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council of said
City held on Tuesday the
1977, by the following vote, to wit:

JpO HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT
Notwithstanding any other agreements, the City of San Rafael agrees
to protect, hold harmless and indemnify
(Ov*ner/lessor)
the owner/lessor of the property described below, only against legal
liability in respect to bodily injury, death, and property damage,
arising from the negligence of City employees engaged in the Dinosaur
Egg Hunt while using said property during the times specified below:
"Property bounded by Panal Street, Catalina Street3ai�id Bahia Vista School;
Saturday, July 16, 1977, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
