RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SIGNING OF A GRANT
OF ANCHOR EASEMENT TO PACIFIC GAS AND ELECTRIC
COMPANY FOR INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE OF
FACILITIES ON FALKIRK PROPERTY
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL HEREBY RESOLVES
as follows:
The MAYOR and CITY CLERK are authorized to execute,
on behalf of the City of San Rafael a Grant of Anchor Ease-
ment to Pacific Gas and Electric Company for installation
and maintenance of facilities on the Falkirk property. A
copy of said Grant of Easement is hereby attached and by
this reference made a part hereof.
I, MARION A. GRADY, City Clerk of the City of
San Rafael, hereby certify that the foregoing resolution
was duly and regularly introduced and adopted at a REGULAR
meeting of the City Council of said City held on MONDAY, the
18TH day of JULY, 1977, by the following vote, to -wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Jensen, Miskimen, Mulryan and Mayor Bettini

EASEMENT
CITY OF SAN RAFAEL, a public body of the State of California
first party, hereby grants to PACIFIC GAS AND ELECTRIC COMPANY, a California
corporation,
second party, the right from time to time to construct, install, inspect, maintain, replace,
remove, and use facilities of the type hereinafter specified, together with a right of way
therefor, within a strip or parcel of land or along a route as hereinafter set forth, and also
ingress thereto and egress therefrom, over and across the lands situate in the City of
San Rafael County of Marin , State of California, described
as follows:
I. The parcel of land described in the deed from Roland 0. Johnson
and wife to City of San Rafael dated November 3, 1976 and recorded
in Book 3120 of Official Records at page 184, Marin County Records.
II. The parcel of land described in the deed from Esther J. Dollar
to City of San Rafael dated September 7, 1976 and recorded in
Book 3090 of Official Records at page 225, Marin County Records.
Said facilities shall consist of, and beilocated exclusively, as follows:
Such anchors, guy wires and cables, guy stubs, and fixtures, as second
party deems necessary located within the strip of land outlined by heavy
dashed lines upon the print of second party's Drawing No. LN 7623 attached
hereto and made a part hereof.

and clear away or otherwise control any trees or brush along said

RESOLUTION OF THE SAN RAFAEL CITY COUNCIL REDESIGNATING
CERTAIN FUNDS UNDER THE HOUSING AND COMMUNITY
DEVELOPMENT ACT
WHEREAS, the City of San Rafael in participation with the other cities
of Marin County and the County of Marin participate as an urban county in
the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974; and
WHEREAS, the joint powers agreement permits certain dis etion between
individual participants as to the type of project which all be designated
within their boundaries; and
WHEREAS, the San Rafael City Council has mdt in public hearing to discuss
the matter on June 27, 1977;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, thaVthe San Rafael City Council determines
that the $55,000 of San Rafael's 3rd

s on projects associated with the creation
of Senior Citizens housing for lXw and moderate income individuals.
