A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL AUTHORIZING
ACCEPTANCE OF CONVEYANCE OF REAL PROPERTY (GOVERNMENT CODE SEC. 27281)
FOR 522 "B" STREET (A.P.#13-061-40)
FINDINGS AND PURPOSE:
1. WHEREAS, the San Rafael City Council has authorized the acquisition
of real property described in "Exhibit A" attached hereto and forming a part hereof
as though fully set forth herewith; and
2. WHEREAS, for valuable consideration, the San Rafael City Council has
received a Grant Deed to the real property hereinabove referenced as "Exhibit A",
NOW THEREFORE, the City takes the following action:
RESOLVED, that the interest in real property described in a Deed or Grant
dated , a copy of which is referenced as "Exhibit A"
attached hereto and forming a part hereof as though fully set forth herewith conveying
title to the San Rafael City Council, a governmental agency is hereby accepted by
order of the San Rafael City Council on August 1 , 1977, and the
Grantee consents to the recordation hereto by its duly authorized officer.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, City Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby certify
that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted at a
REGULAR meeting of the members of said Council held on the first day of
August , 1977, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Jensen, Miskimen, Mulryan and Mayor Bettini
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: Nixon

DESCRIPTION OF PROPERTY
BEGINNING at a point on the Easterly line of "B" Street,
at the intersection thereof with the Southerly line of the
parcel conveyed to Frederick J. Mehl and Christian Klein by
Deed recorded March 20, 1896 in Book 38 of Deeds at page
179, said point being the Southwesterly corner of said Lot;
thence FROM THIS POINT OF BEGINNING, Easterly along the
Southerly line of the Mehl/Klein parcel, 150 feet; thence at
right angles Southerly and parallel with the Easterly line
of "B" Street, 125 feet, more or less, to the Northwesterly
corner of the parcel conveyed to C. A. Burkhart and Lena
Burkhart by Deed recorded July 20, 1898 in Book 51 of Deeds
at page 315; thence Westerly along the Northerly line, 150
feet to the Easterly line of "B" Street; thence Northerly
along said Easterly line, 125 feet to the point of beginning.
