RESOLUTION FIXING THE RATE OF TAXES
FOR FISCAL YEAR 1977-78
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED that the Tax Rate for the City of San Rafael for
the Fiscal Year 1977-78 be, and the same is hereby fixed as follows, for each
$100.00 assessed valuation:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that $200,000 of General Revenue Sharing
funds are appropriated to account number 01-410220 with the specific use intended
as payment for street lighting costs.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, City Clerk of the City of San Rafael, do hereby
certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted
at a regular meeting of the City Council of said City held on _
