RESOLUTION FIXING THE RATE OF TAXES
FOR FISCAL YEAR 1977-78
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED that THE TERRA LINDA ANNEXATION, tax rate area
8-026, 8-027 and 8-029, formerly known as Terra Linda Community Services District
(which includes the former Terra Linda Recreation -Park District) and tax rate area
60-006, 89-040, 89-041, 89-043, 89-015, and 89-016, formerly known as San Rafael
Meadows; and the parcels included within the Knocknaboul annexation area, will not
be assessed for payment of debt service on the general obligation Sewer Bonds in the
sum _of $.035. Accordingly, the tax rate for this tax rate area is hereby fixed as
follows for each $100.00 assessed valuation:
No. 1 For the General Fund the sum of..............$.635
No. 2 For the Library Fund the sum of ............... $ . 095
No. 3 For Employees' Retirement Fund the sum of..... $ .100
No. 4 For payment of principal and interest on
general obligation Open Space Bonds the

I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, City Clerk of the City of San Rafael, do hereby
certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted
at a regular meeting of the City Council of said City held on Monday ,
the first day of August , 1977, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEN Jensen, Miskimen, Mulryan and Mayor Bettini
NOES: COUNCILMEN None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN Nixon
