PHILLIP D. GREEN
WHEREAS, Phillip D. Green has, since March 15, 1961, served
the citizens of San Rafael, -and
WHEREAS, Phil Green has successively served in the ranks of
patrolman, sergeant, lieutenant and acting captain, and
WHEREAS Phil Green has on numerous occasions rendered service
above and beyond the call of duty, and put his life on the line for the
citizens of San Rafael, and
WHEREAS, Phil Green has been appointed, deservedly, to the
position of Chief of Police of the Town of Corte Madera
NOW THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Rafael, by
adoption of this resolution, thanks Phillip Green for his tireless, dedicated
effort to the City of San Rafael, and wishes him well in his new position
as Chief of Police of the Town of Corte Madera.
