Presentations are generally limited to TWO MINUTES. All matters requiring a response will be referred to staff for reply in writing and/or placed on a future meeting agenda. Consent Calendar Items: a. Approval of Minutes of Regular City Council and Successor Agency Meeting of February 4, 2013, (CC) Recommended Action — Approve as submitted b. Call for Applications to Fill Two Vacancies to the End of March 2017on the Fire Commission, due to the Expiration of Terms of Carolyn Lenert and Peter Martin (CC) Recommended Action — Approve staff recommendation c. Resolution Authorizing the Economic Development Manager to Execute a Professional Services Agreement with Next Generation Events to Manage the Downtown Farmers' Market Festival (ED) Recommended Action — Adopt Resolution d. Resolution Authorizing Temporary Closures of City Streets for the Weekly Downtown Farmers' Market Festival on Thursday Evenings from April 4 — September 26, 2013 (ED) Recommended Action — Approve staff recommendation e. Resolution Supporting the Public Art Project by the Dominican University Art Department Entitled "Inside Out - Educational Equity in Marin" at the 580 Bellam Undercrossing and Authorizing the Department of Public Works to Enter Into an Encroachment Permit with CalTrans (ED) Recommended Action — Adopt Resolution f.
