A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
AMENDING SECTION 1.5 OF RESOLUTION NO. 4985
PERTAINING TO THE COMPENSATION AND WORKING CONDITIONS
FOR MISCELLANEOUS, MANAGEMENT, CONFIDENTIAL,
AND UNCLASSIFIED EMPLOYEES
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of San Rafael that
Section 1.5 of Resolution No. 4985 be amended to read as follows:
Section 1.5. The following salary ranges are hereby created for
Unclassified employees:
Minimum Maximum
Director of Public Works/City Engineer $ 2169 $ 2536
Planning Director 2069 2418
Finance Director/Treasurer 1936 2272
City Clerk * - 1548
This resolution shall take effect forthwith upon its adoption and
the several compensations and allowances herein provided shall be in
full force and effect as of and from September 1, 1977.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby
certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced
and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of said
