RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SIGNING OF A RIGHT OF WAY
DEED TO PACIFIC GAS AND ELECTRIC COMPANY FOR INSTALL-
ATION AND MAINTENANCE OF ELECTRIC SERVICE FACILITIES
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL HEREBY RESOLVES
as follows:
The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute, on
behalf ofthe City of San Rafael, a right of way deed with
PACIFIC GAS AND ELECTRIC COMPANY for installation and mainten-
ance of electric service facilities to the Santa Margarita water
tank across lands owned by the City and the County of Marin. A
copy of said deed is attached hereto, marked Exhibit "A", and
incorporated herein by this reference.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, City Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
California, hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly
and regularly introduced and adopted at a Regular Meeting of
the Council of said City held on the 5th day of December, 1977,
by the following vote, to wit:

corporation, and THE PACIFIC TELEPHONE AND TELEGRAPH COMPANY,, a California
corporation,
second party, the right from time to time to construct, install, inspect, maintain, replacer,
remove, and use facilities of the type hereinafter specified, together with a right of tray
therefor, within a strip or parcel of land or along a route as hereinafter set forth, and also
ingress thereto and egress therefrom, over and across the lands situate in the City of
San Rafael County of Hari n , State of California, described
as follows: .
The parcel of land described and designated PARCEL TWO in the deed
from County of Marin to the City of San Rafael and Plarin County Open
Space District dated February 24, 1976 and recorded in Book 3000 of
Official Records at page 578, Marin County Records.
Said facilities shall consist of:
Such underground conduits, pipes, manholes, service boxes, wires, cables,
and electrical conductors; aboveground marker posts, risers, and service
pedestals; underground and aboveground switches, fuses, terminals, and
transforriers with associated concrete pads; and fixtures and appurtenances
necessary to any and all thereof, as second party deems necessary located
within the strip of land outlined. by heavy dashed lines on the print of
second party's Drawing 11o. Ltd 7774 attached hereto and made a part hereof.
