RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SIGNING OF A RIGHT OF WAY
DEED TO PACIFIC GAS AND ELECTRIC COMPANY FOR INSTALL-
ATION AND MAINTENANCE OF ELECTRIC SERVICE FACILITIES
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL HEREBY RESOLVES
as follows:
The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute, on
behalf of the City of San Rafael, a right of way deed with
PACIFIC GAS AND ELECTRIC COMPANY for installation and maintenance
of electric service facilities to the Santa Margarita water
tank across lands owned by the City and the Green Oaks Home-
owners Association. A copy of said deed is attached hereto,
marked Exhibit "A", and incorporated herein by this reference.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, City Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
California, hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly
and regularly introduced and adopted at a Regular Meeting of
the Council of said City held on the 5th day of December, 1977,
by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEN Jensen, Miskimen, Mulryan, Nixon and Mayor Bettini

CITY OF SAN RAFAEL, a public body of the State of California
first party, hereby grants to PACIFIC GAS AND ELECTRIC COMPANY, a California
corporation, and THE PACIFIC TELEPHONE AND TELEGRAPH COMPANY, a California
corporation,
second party, the right from time to time to construct, install, inspect, maintain, replace,
remove, and use facilities of the type hereinafter specified, together with a right of way
therefor, within a strip or parcel of land or along a route as hereinafter set forth, and also
ingress thereto and egress therefrom, over and across the lands situate in the- City of
San Rafael County of Mari n , State of California, described
as follows:
The parcel of land shown as Lot 1 and described as Common Area in the
Declaration of Restrictions Enabling Declaration Establishing a Plan
for Condominium Ownership of Green Oaks recorded June 23, 1972 in Book
2581 of Official Records at page 437, Marin County Records.
Said facilities shall consist of:
Such underground conduits, pipes, manholes, service boxes, vires, cables,
and electrical conductors; aboveground raarker posts, risers, and service
pedestals; underground and aboveground switches, fuses, terminals, and
transformers witll associated concrete pads; and fixtures and appurtenances
necessary to any and all thereof, as second party deers necessary located
within the strip of land outlined by heavy dashed lines on the print of
second party's Drawing No. LN 7774 attached hereto and made a part hereof.
