RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SAN RAFAEL PERMITTING THE USE
OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES AT THE SAN RAFAEL
COMMUNITY CENTER AND THE TERRA LINDA
RECREATION CENTER
WHEREAS, the San Rafael Municipal Code in Section 8.12.220(c) permits
the use of alcoholic beverages on public property upon adoption of a Resolution;
and
WHEREAS, the City of San Rafael owns and operates the San Rafael
Community Center and Terra Linda Recreation Center; and
WHEREAS, the use of these properties may well be used for private
parties at which alcoholic beverages may be consumed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City
of San Rafael hereby permits the use of alcoholic beverages at the San Rafael
Community Center and the Terra Linda Recreation Center.
I, JEANNE, M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby
certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly introduced and
adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of said City held on Monday
the nineteenth day of December , 1977, by the following vote,
to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Jensen, Mulryan, Nixon and Mayor Bettini
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: Miskimen
