Report on Annual Filings 2012 —Fair Political Practices Commission Form 700, Statement of Economic Interests for Designated Employees, Including Consultants, Design Review Board, Downtown Business Improvement District Board, Geotechnical Review Board, and Park and Recreation Commission (CC) Recommended Action — Accept report c. Resolution Authorizing Closure of Downtown City Streets for the San Rafael Mile and 415mile on Sunday, July 21St, 2013 from 4:00 a.m. — 10:00 a.m. (ED) Recommended Action — Adopt Resolution d. Adopt Plans and Specifications for Construction of the Lifeline Transportation Program (LTP) Canal Neighborhood Pedestrian and Transit Access and Safety Improvements Project Phase II, City Project No. 11174, and Authorize the City Clerk to Call for Bids (PW) Recommended Action — Adopt Resolution OTHER AGENDA ITEMS: 4.
