RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION OF INTENTION IN THE
BAHIA DE RAFAEL INDUSTRIAL PARK ASSESSMENT DISTRICT,
CITY OF SAN RAFAEL, MARIN COUNTY, CALIFORNIA
WHEREAS, on the 19th day of June, 1972, the City Council of the
City of San Rafael, Marin County, California, adopted Resolution
of Intention No. 4248 which ordered certain improvements and acquis-
itions to be made in Bahia de Rafael Industrial Park Assessment
District, City of San Rafael, Marin County, California; and
WHEREAS, on the 18th day of December, 1972, the City Council of
the City of San Rafael, Marin County, California, adopted Resolution
No. 4338 entitled, "Resolution Amending Resolution of Intention in
the Matter of the Work to be Acquired, to Penalty Clause and Contracts
with the San Rafael Sanitation District and the Marin Municipal Water
District in Connection With Bahia de Rafael Industrial Park Assessment
District, City of San Rafael, Marin County, California"; and
WHEREAS, it has now been deemed necessary to further amend said
Resolution of Intention No. 4248, as amended by Resolution No. 4338,
by adding to the description of work contained in said Resolution of
Intention, as amended, certain language;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of San Rafael, Marin County, California, that Resolution of Intention
No. 4248 adopted by the City Council of the City of San Rafael on
the 19th day of June, 1972, as amended by Resolution No. 4338 adopted
by the City Council of the City of San Rafael on the 18th day of
December, 1972, be further amended by adding to the description of
work contained in said Resolution of Intention, as amended, the
following language:
"; together with the acquisition of the Bellam Boulevard
Median landscaping, as completed and in place." _

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was duly and
regularly adopted by the City Council of the City of San Rafael,
Marin County, California, at a reqular meeting thereof, held on the
5th day of April 1976, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen: Jensen, Miskimen, Mulryan, Nixon and Mayor Bettini
NOES: Councilmen: None
ABSENT: Councilmen: None
