A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
ESTABLISHING FEES FOR SINGLE -OPERATOR HOME MASSAGE SERVICES
WHEREAS, by Ordinance, the San Rafael City Council stated that
fees for massage parlors and massage technicians shall be established by
Resolution;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the San Rafael City Council that
the fee for the processing of an application for a single -operator home
operation shall be set at $50.00; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this Resolution shall be effective on
the date that Ordinance No. 1211 becomes effective.
I, MARION A. GRADY, City Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby
certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly introduced
and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of said City held
