A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SAN RAFAEL CONCERNING LEVEL VI
SERVICES FOR CABLE TELEVISION
WHEREAS, the San Rafael City Council has previously endorsed Level VI
services for Cable Television; and
WHEREAS, a mutual agreement concerning rates and services was
negotiated and endorsed by the City of San Rafael and Tele-Vue Systems, Inc.;
and
WHEREAS, in the agreement a target date of June 1, 1976 was established;
WHEREAS, Tele-Vue Systems, Inc. has asked for an extension of that
date to September 1, 1976;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the San Rafael City Council:
1. Extends the implementation date for Level VI services to September 1,
2. Requires a supplementary report from Tele-Vue Systems, Inc. prior
to its City Council meeting of May 17, 1976; and
3. Reaffirms its support of Level VI services.
I, MARION A. GRADY, Clerk of the City of SanRafael, hereby certify
that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted at a
regular meeting of the Council of said City held on Monday
the 5th day of April , 1976, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Miskimen, Mulryan, Nixon and Mayor Bettini
NOES: COUNCILMEN: Jensen
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None
