RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
SETTING FEE FOR PROCESSING OF A PERMIT,
PURSUANT TO TOW CAR BUSINESS AND OPERATORS ORDINANCE
WHEREAS, pursuant to Title 10, Chapter 10.84, Section
10.84.050 D., the City Council is authorized to set a fee for the
processing of a permit provided in said Section,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows:
The City Council of the City of San Rafael hereby es-
tablishes the fee of $ 20.00 for the processing of a tow
truck driver's permit.
I, MARION A. GRADY, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of
said City held on the 7th day of June , 1976, by
the following vote, to -wit:
