RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING NEGOTIATION
OF OPTION FOR THE PURCHASE OF LAND
FOR MARINA DEVELOPMENT
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of San Rafael
as follows:
That the City Manager is hereby authorized by, and
in behalf of,the City of San Rafael to commence negoti-
ations for an option to purchase land for development of
a marina in the area generally located as indicated in
the East San Rafael Redevelopment Proposal, dated June 7,
1976.
I, MARION A GRADY, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly
and regularly introduced and adopted at a regular meet-
ing of the Council of said City held on Monday , the
21st day of June 19 76 , by the following vote, to -
wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Jensen, Miskimen, Mulryan, Nixon and Mayor Bettini
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None
