RESOLUTION ACCEPTING GRANT OF SLOPE EASEMENT, TERRA LINDA UNIT 26
WHEREAS, as a condition of approval of the "Terra Linda
Unit 26" Subdivision, the San Rafael Planning Commission required the
subdividers to grant to the City of San Rafael a slope easement across
the southeasterly portion of Lot 3 of said Subdivision; and
WHEREAS, public interest and welfare require that said
slope easement be accepted and used for the benefit of the public of
the City of San Rafael, California;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of San Rafael, California, that that certain grant of slope
easement, executed by CARLOS GONZALEZ, MICHELLE S, GONZALEZ, MICHAEL
SMITH, AND ARLENE G. SMITH to the City of San Rafael, dated October 14,
1975, be, and the same is hereby accepted and the Clerk of said City is
hereby directed to cause said conveyance to be duly recorded in the
office of the County Recorder of the County of Marin, State of California,
forthwith upon the adoption of this resolution.

California hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and
regularly introduced and adopted at a REGULAR meeting of the Council
of said City held on MONDAY, the 3RD day of NOVEMBER, 1975, by the
