RESOLUTION ACCEPTING GRANT OF PEDESTRIAN EASEMENT, TERRA LINDA UNIT 26
WHEREAS, as a condition of approval of the "Terra Linda
Unit 26" Subdivision, the San Rafael Planning Commission required the
subdividers to grant to the City of San Rafael a pedestrian easement,
with improvements, across the easterly side of Lot 1 of said Sub-
division from Butternut Drive to Open Space area; and
WHEREAS, public interest, convenience, and welfare require
that said pedestrian easement be accepted and used for the benefit of
the public of the City of San Rafael, California;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of San Rafael, California, that that certain grant of easement
for pedestrian purposes, executed by CARLOS GONZALEZ, MICHELLE S.
GONZALEZ, MICHAEL SMITH, AND ARLENE G. SMITH to the City of San Rafael,
dated October 14, 1975, is hereby accepted and the Clerk of said City
is hereby directed to cause said conveyance to be duly recorded in the
office of the County Recorder of the County of Marin, State of California,
forthwith upon the adoption of this resolution.
I, MARION A. GRADY, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, California,
hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly intro-
duced and adopted at a REGULAR meeting of the Council of said City held on
MONDAY, the 3RD day of NOVEMBER, 1975, by the following vote, to -wit:

San Rafael, California", filed for record October 14, 1975 in Volume 11 of Parcel Maps,
at Page 91, Marin County Records; running thence from said point of beginning and along
the Northerly line of said cul-de-sac on a curve to the left which center bears South 24°
13' 44" East through a central angle of 10° 14' 25" for an arc distance of 8.04 feet;
thence leaving said line and running North 240 13' 44" West 63.12 feet; thence North 350
25' 04" West 35.07 feet to the Northerly line of said Lot 1; thence along said line,
North 75° 00' 12" East 15.00 feet to the Northeasterly corner thereof; thence along the
Easterly line of said Lot, South 24° 13' 44" East 94.40 feet to the point of be()inninq.
