HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution No. 5063RESOLUTION NO. 5063 RESOLUTION ACCEPTING GRANT OF PEDESTRIAN EASEMENT, TERRA LINDA UNIT 26 WHEREAS, as a condition of approval of the "Terra Linda Unit 26" Subdivision, the San Rafael Planning Commission required the subdividers to grant to the City of San Rafael a pedestrian easement, with improvements, across the easterly side of Lot 1 of said Sub- division from Butternut Drive to Open Space area; and WHEREAS, public interest, convenience, and welfare require that said pedestrian easement be accepted and used for the benefit of the public of the City of San Rafael, California; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of San Rafael, California, that that certain grant of easement for pedestrian purposes, executed by CARLOS GONZALEZ, MICHELLE S. GONZALEZ, MICHAEL SMITH, AND ARLENE G. SMITH to the City of San Rafael, dated October 14, 1975, is hereby accepted and the Clerk of said City is hereby directed to cause said conveyance to be duly recorded in the office of the County Recorder of the County of Marin, State of California, forthwith upon the adoption of this resolution. I, MARION A.
