RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of San Rafael,
California, in regular session assembled this 5th day of January, 1976,
that the MAYOR and CITY CLERK are hereby authorized and directed to
execute on behalf of said City of San Rafael an agreement between the
Department of Finance of the State of California and the City of
San Rafael, relating to preparation of a population estimate for the
City of San Rafael, by the said Department of Finance.
I, MARION A. GRADY, City Clerk of the City of San Rafael, California,
do hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of San Rafael, California,
at a regular meeting thereof held on Monday, the 5th day of January, 1976,
by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Miskimen, Mulryan, Nixon and Mayor Bettini
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: Jensen
