RESOLUTION FIXING FEE FOR
CONSTRUCTION OF JAPANESE BATH TUBS
WHEREAS, Section 12.32.020 of the San Rafael Municipal Code provides
that fees shall be as setforth by resolution of the City Council; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to set the fees referred to in said
Section 12.32.020.
NOW, THEREFORE IT IS RESOLVED that any persons desiring a permit for
construction of a Japanese tub bath shall, at the time of filing an application
therefore, pay a fee as required in this resolution as follows:
For construction of a Japanese tub bath where the maximum
dimension is less than eight (8') feet - $ 75.00
The aforementioned fee includes all electrical, plumbing and mechanical work
necessary to construct a complete Japanese tub bath, provided the work is all
under the supervision and is the responsibility of the applicant. Work not
the responsibility of the applicant shall pay fees as specified elsewhere in
the San Rafael Municipal Code.
The aforementioned fee shall not include fees for grading, excavating
or filling, retaining walls, fences, pool structures or other related work, and
will become effective thirty (30) days after adoption of this resolution.
I, MARION A. GRADY, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby certify that
the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted at a regular
meeting of the City Council on the 17th day of Februay 1976, by the following vote,
to -wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Jensen, Miskimen, Mulryan, Nixon and Mayor Bettini
