A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SAN RAFAEL ESTABLISHING FEES FOR
MASSAGE PARLORS AND MASSAGE TECHNICIANS.
WHEREAS, by Ordinance the San Rafael City Council stated that
fees for massage parlors and massage technicians shall be established by
resolution;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the San Rafael City
Council that the fee for the processing of an application for a massage
parlor establishment shall be set at $300.00; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the fee for the processing of an
application for a massage technician permit shall be set at $50.00; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this resolution shall be effective
on the date that Ordinance No. 1211 becomes effective.
I, MARION A. GRADY, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby
certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced and
adopted at a regul ar meeting of the Council of said City held
on Monday the 17th day of February , 1976 by the
following vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Jensen, Miskimen, Mulryan, Nixon and
Mayor Bettini
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None
