RESOLUTION ACCEPTING CONVEYANCE OF REAL PROPERTY
KNOWN AS: PEACOCK GAP HOMEOWNERS ASSN..INC. CONVEYANCE
WHEREAS, the public interest, convenience, necessity and

welfare require that the real property known as Peacock Gap Homeowners Ass
be accepted and used for the benefit of the public of the City of
San Rafael, California;
NOW, 'THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of
the CiLy of San Rafael, California, sloes hereby accept that certain
Deed dated February 9, 1976 , for and on behalf of the City of
San Rafael and the real pi-operLy described therein, all as more parti-
cularly duscribc2d 1-ind stt t forth in Fxhibit A attached hereto and in-
corporated herein by reference, and the Clerk of Said City is hereby
directed to cause said Deed to be duly recorded in the Office of the
C(_,unty Recorder of the County of Marin, State of California, forth-
with upon the acloption of this Resolution.

a corporation organized under the laws of the State of California
does hereby Grant to CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
all that real property situated in the City of San Rafael
County of Marin State of California, described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the Southwesterly line of Lot 1, Map of Peacock
Lagoon Unit One, filed July 17, 1962 in Map Book 11 at page 24, said
point lying South 521 07' 01" East 20 feet from the most Westerly corner
of said Lot; thence along the Southwesterly and Southerly lines of said
Lot, South 520 07' 01" East 38 feet; thence on a curve to the left,
tangent to the preceding course, with a radius of 50 feet subtending a
central angle of 90° 00', an arc distance of 78.54 feet; thence North 37°
52' 59" East 4 feet; thence leaving said Southerly line, North 661 09'
11" West 90.71 feet and South 37° 52' 59" West 32 feet to the point of
beginning.
THIS DEED IS MADE AND ACCEPTED upon the Covenants, conditions, restrict-
ions, agreements and charges as set forth in that certain Declaration
executed by Latipac-Perini Company, a joint venture, recorded October 5,
1962 in Book 1618 of Official Records at page 200, Marin County Records,
all of which are incorporated herein by reference with the same force and.
effect as though fully set forth herein.

ment to be executed by its duly authorized officers.
