A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAE L
AMENDING SECTION 1.3 OF RESOLUTION NO. 5134
FOR MISCELLANEOUS, MANAGEMENT, CONFIDENTIAL,
AND UNCLASSIFIED EMPLOYEES
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of San Rafael that Section 1.3
of Resolution No. 5134 be amended to read as follows:
Section 1.3. Trades - Crafts - Construction - Custodial.

This resolution shall take effect forthwith upon its adoption and the several
compensations and allowances herein provided shall be in full force and effect as of
and from Thursday , the 1st day of July , 1976.
I, MARION A. GRADY, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby certify that the
foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted at a regular
meeting of the Council of said City on Monday , the 6th day of July ,
1976, by the following vote, to wit:
