RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SIGNING
OF AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL HEREBY RESOLVES as
follows:
The MAYOR and CITY CLERK are authorized to execute, on
behalf of the City of San Rafael, an amendment to an agreement
between the CITY OF SAN RAFAEL and WILLIAM 1. BIELSER, City
Manager, a copy of which is hereby attached and by this reference
made a part hereof.
I, MARION A. GRADY, City Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the
City Council of said City held on Monday , the 6th
day of July , 1976, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Jensen, Miskimen, Mulryan and Mayor Bettini
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: Nixon

AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, the agreement made and entered into on the third
day of December, 1973, by and between the City of San Rafael, a
municipal corporation, hereafter referred to as "City" and
William J. Bielser, hereafter referred to as "City Manager" shall
be amended as follows:
WITNESSETH:
Paragraph 1 shall be amended to read:
"1. The City hereby extends the contract with the
City Manager to and including the third day of
July, 1979."
Paragraph 3 shall be amended to read:
"3. In consideration of the City Manager for
performing those services required and directed
by the City Council, he shall be compensated
as follows: $32,908
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have entered into this
Amendment to Agreement this 1st day of July , 1976.
