RESOLUTION FIXING THE RATE OF TAXES
FOR FISCAL YEAR 1976-77
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED that THE TERRA LINDA ANNEXATION, tax
rate area 8-026 8-027 and 8-029, formerly known as Terra Linda Community
Services District (which includes the former Terra Linda Recreation - Park
District) and tax rate area 60-006, 89-015, 89-040, 89-041, 89-943, and 89-016
formerly known as San Rafael Meadows will not be assessed for payment of
debt service on the general obligation Sewer Bonds in the sum of $.04.
Accordingly, the tax rate for this tax rate area is hereby fixed as follows
for each $100.00 assessed valuation:

I, MARION A. GRADY, City Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
do hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council of said
City held on Monday, the 16 day of August, 1976, by the following vote,
