Replace a 2002 Unmarked Ford Taurus Sedan, in an Amount Not to Exceed $29,002.75 (PW)

d. Resolution Authorizing the Director of Public Works to Execute Funding Agreement #2013-014 Between the
Transportation Authority of Marin and the City of San Rafael, Thereby Authorizing the Allocation of $522,334 in
Measure A Funding and $438,315 in Measure B Funding for Fiscal Year 2013-2014 (PW)

on the table in front of the Council Chamber prior to the meeting.
