RESOLUTION APPROVING BOUNDARY MAP
WHEREAS, there has been filed with the City Clerk of the
City of San Rafael, Marin County, California, a map showing the proposed
boundaries of Smith Ranch Assessment District No. 2, City of San
Rafael, Marin County, California.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of San Rafael, Marin County, California, that the map entitled,
"Proposed Boundaries of Smith Ranch Assessment District No. 2, City
of San Rafael, Marin County, California," is hereby approved.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly
and regularly adopted by the City Council of the City of San Rafael,
Marin County, California, at a regular meeting thereof, held on the
20th day of September, 1976, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Jensen, Miskimen and Acting Mayor Mulryan
NOES: Councilmen None
ABSENT: Councilmen Nixon and Mayor Bettini
