RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL MAP
ENTITLED "RESUBDIVISION. SESSIONS RISE. A CONDOMINIUM"
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of
San Rafael, State of California, did on September 20, 1976, in
writing, recommend to the City Council of said City the approval
of the final map entitled "RESUBDIVISION, SESSIONS RISE, A
CONDOMINIUM" consisting of four sheets hereinafter referred to;
and
WHEREAS, it appears to said City Council and said City
Council hereby finds and determines said map is in conformity with
the requirements of the Subdivision Ordinance, Title 15 of the
San Rafael Municipal Code, and that said City Council is satis-
fied with the plan of the subdivision; and
WHEREAS, work within the Sessions Rise Development has
been completed to a normal standard of construction similar to
minimum acceptable work performed by most builders in Marin
County; and
WHEREAS, the City of San Rafael has accepted the work
"As Built" upon the recommendation of the owners' Engineer -
Inspector, Mr. Robert W. Copple, and all parties, i.e., the Home-
owners, Fidelity Savings and Loan Association, and the City of
San Rafael, agree that the present condition of the development,
including the common area, is to an acceptable standard and re-
presents the total of the work to be done;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of San Rafael, California, that the final map, approved
by the Planning Commission of said City on February 24, 1976 and
entitled "RESUBDIVISION, SESSIONS RISE, A CONDOMINIUM", be and the
same is hereby approved, and that the City Clerk of said City be
and she is hereby authorized and directed to execute the certificate
upon the face of the map of the approval thereof and to transmit
said map to the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors of Marin County.
I, MARION A. GRADY, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and
regularly introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the
Council of said City held on MONDAY, the 20TH day of SEPTEMBER,
1976, by the following vote, to -wit:
