RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL AND THE PACIFIC
GAS AND ELECTRIC COMPANY, IN CONNECTION WITH
THE EAST SAN RAFAEL DRAINAGE ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
NO. 2, CITY OF SAN RAFAEL, MARIN COUNTY,
CALIFORNIA
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of San
Rafael, Marin County, California, that the Mayor of the City of San
Rafael be authorized to sign, and the City Clerk be authorized to attest,
that certain agreement between the City of San Rafael and the Pacific
Gas and Electric Company, which said agreement is attached hereto.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly
and regularly adopted by the City Council of the City of San Rafael,
Marin County, California, at a regular meeting thereof, held on the
24th day- of February, 1975, by the following vote, to wit:

AND SUPPLY OF TEMPORARY ELECTRIC SERVICE
At the request of CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
hereinafter called Customer, Pacific Gas and Electric Company, hereinafter called Pacific, hereby agrees to install electric facilities
without undue delay and to sell and deliver to Customer by means thereof temporary electric service subject to the terms and condi-
tions hereinafter provided:
1. Customer shall pay to Pacific, on demand, $ 2,365.00 , which is the agreed estimated cost of installing and later
removing said facilities.
2. Said facilities shall at all times be and remain the property of Pacific and Pacific shall have a reasonable time to remove
same following termination of service under this agreement.
3. Pacific shall sell and deliver to Customer, and Customer shall purchase and receive from Pacific, all electric service re-
quired for the operation of Customer's electrical machinery and apparatus consisting of: two — 60 UP, three phase

State of California, all in accordance with Pacific's applicable rates and rules legally established from time to time and on file with
the Public Utilities Commission of the State of California.
4. If service to said electrical machinery or apparatus or its equivalent is supplied to Customer on a continuous, intermittent or
seasonal basis for a period of thirty six (36) consecutive months from the date of first service hereunder, Customer shall be classified
as permanent, and that portion of the payment made by Customer under Section 1 above which is in excess of the payment which would
have been required for permanent service under Pacific's extension rule in effect at the time of first service hereunder shall be re-
funded to Customer at the rate of 1-2/37. for each month of service in excess of the first twelve (12) months, provided that Customer
then complies with all of Pacific's rules applicable to electric service. Refunds shall be made annually except when a partial year's
refund may be required upon termination of service.
5. if at any time the character of Customer's operations changes so that in Pacific's sole opinion Customer may be classified
as permanent, that portion of the payment made under Section 1 above which is in excess of that which would have been required for
permanent service will be refunded to Customer upon reclassification from temporary to permanent on the basis of Pacific's extension
rule in effect at the date of first service hereunder.
6. Total refunds shall not exceed the amount paid by Customer for installing and later removing said facilities and no interest
shall be paid on such amount.
7. In no event will Customer be classified as temporary for more than six years.
8. Customer hereby grants to Pacific all necessary rights-of-way and easements over property owned, leased or under license to
Customer along the shortest practicable route thereon, and of sufficibnt width to provide full legal clearances from all structures now
or hereafter erected therealong, for any pole and wire line required to make delivery of electric service hereunder. Whenever pan or
all of said facilities are to be installed upon property owned by other than Customer, Customer shall, if Pacific is unable to do so,
first procure from the owners thereof, in the name of Pacific, all rights-of-way and easements necessary for the construction, mainte-
nance and operation of said facilities upon such other property, which rights-of-way and easements shall be satisfactory to Pacific
and without cost to it. If it is impossible (or impracticable) for Pacific or Customer to obtain rights-of-way and easements satisfactory
to Pacific, Pacific shall not be obligated to render service hereunder. Pacific may, however, without being required so to do, locate
any of its facilities required to supply service hereunder on property across which suitable permanent rights-of-way and easements
are not available on a basis acceptable to Pacific, and should Pacific's license or permission to locate facilities on such property
be revoked or terminated Pacific shall have the right to remove or abandon its facilities and discontinue electric service hereunder
without liability.
9. All electricity delivered hereunder shall be what is commonly designated as thrpt- phase, sixty -cycle, alternating
current and shall be delivered and metered at an electro -motive force of approximately 2774,90 volts, slight variation in
frequency and electro -motive force to be allowed.
10. Customer shall pay Pacific monthly for said service at any established office of Pacific at the rates and charges applicable
thereto. The presently applicable rates and charges are set forth in Schedule No. A-2 , hereby selected by Customer, a copy of
which is hereunto annexed and made a part hereof.
11. Customer may, with Pacific's written consent, assign this agreement if the assignee thereof will, in writing, agree to perform
Customer's obligations hereunder. Such assignment, unless otherwise provided therein, shall be deemed to include Customer's right
to any refunds: then unpaid or which may thereafter become payable hereunder.
12. Delivery of electricity hereunder by Pacific shall be at the point where wires owned, leased or under license by Customer
contact Pacific's wires, but for the convenience of the parties hereto said electricity may be transformed and/or metered at such
location on the Customer's side of said point of delivery as shall be agreed upon by the parties hereto.
13. Electric service hereunder shall begin on date meter set and continue from month
to month and thereafter until terminated b either y eparty hereto giving the other thirty (30) days' prior

load and per horsepower of polyphase connected motor load.
Fuel Coat Adjustment:
A fuel cost adjustment, as specified in Part B of the Preliminary Statement, will be
included in each bill for service, including bills for minimum charges. The fuel cost adjust-
ment amount shall be the product of the total kilowatt hours for which the bill is rendered
multiplied by 0.473 cents per kilowatt hour.

A. Estabhshulcnt of Temporary Scn•ice
The utility ::hall, if no midlle hardship to its existing customers frill result therefrom,
furnish temporary service under the follov:•ing cunditious:
1. The applieaut shall lrly, in advance or otherwise as required by the utility, the estimated
cost installed plus the estimated cost of removal, less the estimated sa1vao;;: of tltc facilides
necessary for furnishin; scr•ice.
2. The applicant shall establish credit as required by Mile No. G, exec -pt that the ,mount of
deposit prescribed in Rule \o. 7 shall not exceed the estimated bill for the duration of
ser-6ce.
B. Change to Permanent Status
1. If service to the electrical machinery or apparatus as originally installed or its equit•rlent
is supplied a temporary custonier on a continuous, intermittent, or scasolral basis for a
period of 3G consecutive months from the date electric service first ewes dulvered under
tWs rule, the customer shall be ela.ssi sed as permanent and, the payment made in excess
of th::t required for permanent ior•ice or under the line extensicn rule for perlu«lient
customers shall be refunded in accordance with the pro%isious of Scetion C.2 followrin7,
provided the custouler then complies with all of the rules applicab?c to electrie service.
2. If at any time the character of a temporary customer's operations rhanoes so that in the
opinion of the utility the customer may be classified as perinanent, the amou7at of p 111 t
made in excess of that required for permanent service immediately shall be refundcd to
the customer in accordance with Section C.1 followin'g.

SERVICE CONNECTIONS AND FACILITIES ON CUSTOMER'S PREMISES
A. Meter Installations and Miscellaneous Service Equipment on Customer's Premises
1. Meter Installations
a. Location
All meters will be installed by the Utility at some convenient place upon the applicant's
premises approved by the Utility, normally not above ground -floor level, and so placed as to
be at all times accessible for inspection, reading and testing.
The customer shall, at his own expense, provide a new and approved location for the motor
or meters in order to comply with the foregoing whenever the existing meter or meters become
Inaccessible for inspection, reading or testing by reason of any changes made by the owner
or tenant of the premises.
b. Multiple -Occupancy Buildings
In all buildings in which meters are required to be installed for various floors or groups of
rooms in order to measure separately the electrical energy supplied to each of several cus-
tomers, all meters will be located at one central point or as otherwise specified by the Utility.
Each meter position shall be clearly marked by the building owner to indicate the particular
location supplied by it.
In buildings which are divided into two or more stores or other commercial premises, meters
may be installed in the separate premises provided no adjacent alleyway, common basement
or other location accessible to all the tenants and suitable for the installation of a group of
meters exists. In such buildings, all wiring from the Utility's point of delivery to the individual
meters shall be in rigid conduit.
c. Sealing of Meters
All Utility meters will be sealed by the Utility and no such seal shall be tampered with or
broken except by a representative of the Utility authorized to do so.
2. Miscellaneous Service Equipment
a. Equipment Furnished by Applicant
All service switches, fuses, meter sockets, meter and instrument transformer housings and
similar devices, irrespective of voltage, required in connection with service and meter installa-
tion on applicant's premises will be furnished, installed, owned and maintained by the cus-
tomer in accordance with the Utility's requirements. Applicant :ill provide a suitable means
for the Utility to place its seal on covers of service cans, service troughs and instrument trans-
former enclosures which protect unmetered but circuits installed by the applicant. Sucb seals
shall be broken only by authorized Utility representatives. Detailed informatioa will be
furnished by the Utility on request.
b. Equipment Furnished by Utility
The Utility will furnish and install the necessary instrument transformers, test facilities and
meters.
B. Services
1. Overhead Services
The Utility will furnish and install an overhead service connection to the first point of attachment to
the customer's building or other terminal structure, such point to be approved by the Utility. Cus-
tomer will furnish, install, own and maintain all conduit, conductors and other equipment, except
metering equipment as described in A. 2. b. above, beyond the point of attachment of Utility's service
drop to customer's building or other terminal structure.
Overhead service connections will not be installed in urban or suburban areas zoned for commercial
or residential use where the applicant's load requires a separate transformer installation of capac-
ity of 75 kva or greater as determined by the Utility.

(f) Unusual Conditions of Service Installation
(1) In cases where the applicant's building to be served is located so that an ob-
struction such as plowed Iand or other deterrent obstacle between the Utility's
distribution system and the building prevents the Utility from prudently owning
and maintaining an underground service, the service point will be at such loca-
tion on the applicant's property as may be mutually agreed upon, or if the appli-
cant so chooses, the service point will be at or near the applicant's property line
or in an easement on his property in which the distribution system is located.
(it) The Utility, at its expense, will install the necessary distribution junction box.
manhole or transformer enclosure at the service point and will furnish, install,
own and maintain the underground conductors and conduit from tha distribution
system to the service point.
(iii) The applicant, at his expense, shall perform the necessary trenching, backfill and
paving on his property and shall pay the Utility the cost of the conductors and
conduit (including CIC if used) for that portion of the distance exceeding 100 feet.
(lv) The applicant will furnish, install, own and maintain the service lateral from the
service point to his building subject to approval by the Utility of the number.

(2) Primary Service (over 2,000 volts)
Where an applicant requests electric service at a line voltage in excess of 2,000 volts, the
applicant shall furnish, insta 1, own and maintain the underground primary and secondary
facilities including any transformers and shall extend the primary conductors to a loca-
tion designated by the Utility at or near the applicant's pro1wrty line or in an ease,aent
on his property in which the Utility's distribution system is installed. The method of
installation and the type and size of the underground primary facilities shall be subject
to approval by the Utility.
The Utility, at its expense, will connect the applicant's primary conductors to its distri-
button system.
c. Underground Installation Replacin„ Existing Overhead Systems
Where an existing overhead distribution system is replaced by an underground distribution
system, underground service will be supplied in the same manner and subject to the same con-
ditions as for new installations under b. above.
d. Roplacement or Reinforcement of Existing Underground Service Connections
(1) When an existing customer -owned service lateral requires replacement or reinforcement
due to added loads, etc., such replacement or reinforcement will be accomplished under
the Provisions of b. above and the following coalitions:
(a) Portion To Be Owned and Maintained by Utility Under the Provisions of b. _Above
The Utility will determine if any part of the existing castomer-owned service lateral
can he utilized. The customer will convey any usable part so determined to the Utility-.
and the Utility will allow the customer an appropriate credit for it. '
(b) Portion To Be Owned and Maintained by Customer Under the Provisions of b. Above
The customer will replace or reinforce that portion which he will continue to own
subject to approved by the Utility of the number, size, type, IOeatien and manner of
Installation.
(2) When an existing Utility -owned service lateral requires replacement or reinforcome.ut d;;e
to added loads, etc., the Utility at its axPOnse will replace or reinforce it under tht, fol-
lowing provisions:
(a) The customer, at his expenoe, shall replace or reinforce such portion, if way, of the
service lateral which he owns and maintains.
(b) Where, in the utility's judgment, a tran::form er installation is required on the custo-
mer's premises, the customer shall furnish, install, own and maintain a transformer
room, pall ur enclosure as provided in this rule and any conduit or duct within his
building and shall provide :a snit able location and route for the Utility's prim:.ry and
or secondary conductors and the necessary conduit or duct up to the bullding, all as
agreed to by the Utility.

3. Underground Service Connections from Overhead Systems
a. General
(1) If an applicant desires an underground service from the Utility's overhead system and
his property is adjacent to the public street, :•cad or eac:ement in which tate Utility's over -
bead electric distribution system is located, the Utility will furnish and install conduit,
cable and a pole riser between a location approved by the Utility adjacent to the appli-
cant's property line (or in the easement) and the top of the Utility's designated riser pole
provided that the load will require a main disconnect switch of at least 400 amperes or that
four or more customers in a single building will be served from such facilities. In nal otaer
instances the applicant will pay to the Utility the mater?ad cost for my conduit and/or
riser installed within the public right of way or easment to serve said applicant. In the
event more than one separate underground service connection is initiall provided from
such facility, the material cost will be divided equally among the applicants fcr the scpa-
rate service connections or in such proportion as the applicants may mutually a_qree upon.
The service lateral and other facilities; on applicant's premises w21 be installed in aocord-
ance with Seetion b. below. Transformer installations on applicant's premises which may
be required will be installed under the provisions of Section C. of this rule.
(2) In all instances where the Utility ov:ns and maintain:; on the applicattt's propertt% either

(1) Secondary Service (2,000 volts or less)
The Utility win install a service lateral using the shorfest praeticaifle route from its dis-
tribution line to the applicant's termination facilities under the fallo .-ing conditions:
(a) The applicant, at his expense, shall perform the necessary tr.mehing, baclAill and
paving on his property and shall funi-Ish, install, o:vn and maintain termination facili-
ties at a location satisfactory to the utility on or within the buil-,ling to be served.
(b) The Utility, at its expense, will furnish, install, o'.vn and waint, in the underground
service lateral from the Utility's eNisting sy:,ti:nt to the app?ie.ant' s terriiirntion facili-
ties where this length cf the service lateral, is 100 feet or leas, except is provided in
(c) below. Where the distance i:; over 100 frrt, the i-tility will furnish, iasta?l, o::u

(d) The Utility will determine the size and type of the service lateral.
(e) Transformer Installation on Applicant's Premises
In thoso instances where Utility -owned transformers are installed on the ap,olIeant's
premises tinder the applicable portions of Section C. of this rule, the service facilities
will be installed under the fol'.owing conditions:

(1) In areas where the Utility maintains an underground distribution system individual service
connections (service laterals) will be underground, using the shortest practicable route to
the applicant's termination facilities, which will be :it a location satisfactory to the drtility.
(2) In all instances where the Utility owns and maintains on the applicant's property, either a
distribution junction box. manhole, transformer, enclosure or a service lateral. the appli-
cant shall provide without cost to the Utility, the necessary rights-of-way or easements.
(3) In all cases where the Utility furnishes at its expense conductors and conduits, the term
"conduit" means the conduit portion of cable -in -conduit. If other types of conduit are re-
quired, the applicant will furnish and install them.
(4) In those cases where the applicant installs, owns, and maintains a conduit systems in which
the Utility will install its cable, the specifications of such conduit system and rehLted en-
closures shall be subject to the approval of the Utility.
(5) Whenever the Utility's underground distribution system is not complete to the point desig-
nated by the Utility where the service lateral is to be connected to the distribution sy,tem.
the system may be extended in accordance with Rule No. 15.
b. New Underground Service Connections from Underground System
(1) Secondary Service (2,000 volts or less)
The Utility will install a service laterad from its distribution line to the applicant's termi-
nation facilities under the following conditions:
(a) The applicant, at his expense, shall perform the necessary trenching. hackrill and
paving on his property and shall furnish, install, own and maintain termination facili-
ties on or within the building to be served.
(b) The Utility, at its expense, will furnish, install, own and maintain the underground
service lateral to the applicant's termination facilities where the length of the service
lateral on the applicant's property is 100 feet or less, except as provided In (c) below.
Where the distance is over 100 feet, the Utility will furnish, i;istald, own and maintain
the service lateral for the entire length, and the applicant shall pay to the Utility the
cost of the conductors and the conduit for the length exceeding 100 feet, except as
provided in (c) below.
(c) Whenever the service lateral terminates inside the applicant's building, the applicant
shall furnish, install. own and maintain that portion of the conduit or duct located
inside of the outer building line.
(d) The Utility will determine the size and type of the service lateral.
(e) Transformer Installation on Applicant's Premises
In those instances where Utility -owned transformers are installed on the applicant's
premises under the applicable portions of this rule, the service facilities will he in-
stalled under the following conditions:
(i) The applicant, at his expense, shall perform all necessary trenching, backfill and
paving for the underground primary and secondary service lateral on his property.
(ii) The Utility, at its expense, will furnish, install, own and maintain the primary
conductors and conduit from its distribution supply line to the transformer and
the secondary service lateral conductors from the transformer to the applicant's
termination facilities; provided, however, that the applicant shall pay to the
Utility the cost of the conductors and conduit for any length on applicant's prop-
erty exceeding 100 feet; except as provided in (c) above.
(fit) The Utility will determine the size and type of the primary and secondary service
lateral conductors.

NOTE: For transformer installations of less than 50 kva, the applicant shall pay to
the Utility its estimated installed cost of the primary riser and the estimated cost of
Installing the transformer.
(f) Unusual Conditions of Service Installation
(i) In cases where the applicant's building to be served is located :;o that an obstruc-
tion such as plowed land or other deterrent obstacle between the Utility's distribu-
tion system and the building prevents the Utility from prudently owning and main-
taining an underground service, the service point will be at such locatiou on the
applicant's property as may be mutually agreed upon, or if the applicant so
chooses, the service point will be at or near the applicant's property line or in
an easement on his property in which the distribution system is located. Installa-
tion of the service lateral between the Utility's distribution system and the service
point will be in accordance with Sections B.3.a. and B.3.b, above as appropriate.
(ii) The applicant will furnish, install, oc-n and maintain the service lateral from the
service point to his building subject to approval by the Utility of the number, size,
type, location and manner of installation.
(2) Primary Service (over 2,000 volts)
(a) When an applicant requests electric service at the Utility's available primary distribu-
tion line voltage above 2,000 volts, the applicant shall furnish, install, own and main-
tain the underground primary and secondary facilities including any transformers and
shall extend the primary conductors to a location designated by the Utility at or near
the applicant's property line or in an easement on his property in which the Utility's
distribution system is installed. The method of installation and the type and size of
the underground primary facilities shall be subject to approval by the Utility.
The Utility, at its expense, will connect the applicant's primary conductors to its dis-
tribution system
(b) When an applicant requests electric service at a line voltage in excess of 2,000 volts
that is different from the Utility's available primary distribution line voltage:
(i) the applicant, at his expense, shall furnish, install, own and maintain a trans-
former room, pad or enclosure as provided in this rule at mutually satisfactory
location and any conduit, conductors or other facilities on the load side of the
transformer secondary terminals. The applicant, at his expense, shall perform the
necessary trenching, backfill and paving on his property and shall tLrLi,h and
install any conduit required by the Utility for its primary conductors up to the
transformer, all as agreed to by the Utility;
(it) the Utility, at its expensc. will furnish, install, own and maintain the primary
conductors from its distribution supply line to the transformer where the length
is 100 feet or less. Where the distance is over 100 feet the Utility will furnish,
install, own and maintain the primary conductors for the entire length and the
applicant shall pay to the Utility the cost of the conductors and conduit for the
length exceeding 100 feet.
c. Replacement or Reinforcement of Existing Underground Service Connections from Overhead
Systems
(1) When an exist:n„ customer -owned service lateral requires replacement or reinforcement
due to added loads, et-., such replacement or reinforcement will be accomplished under
the provisions of a. and b. above and the following conditions:
(a) Portion To Be Owned and Maintained by Utility Under the Provisions of a. and b.
Above
The Utility will determine if any part of the existing customer -owned service lateral
can be utilized. The customer will convey any usable part so determined to the
Utility, and the Utility will allow the customer an appropriate credit for it.

4. Number of Services to a Building
a. Not more than one service for each voltage classification (as set forth in Rule No. 2 or the
applicable rate schedule), either overhead or underground, will be installed to any building
except for the Utility's operating convenience or where the applicant is required by law to
install emergency lighting facilities and desires to purchase energy from the Utility through a
separate meter for same.
b. When a service extension is installed upon private property to an applicant's building or struc-
ture, and such private property is subsequently subdivided into separate premises with owner-
ship divested to other than the applicant or the customer, the Utility will have the right, upon
written notice, to discontinue service without obligation or liability. Electric service, as
required by said applicant or customer, will be re-established in accordance with the applicable
pro -visions of the Utility's rules.
5. Connection of Applicant's or Customer's Service to Utility Lines
Only duly authorized employees of the Utility are allowed to connect the Applicant's or Customer's
service to or disconnect the same from the Utility's overhead or underground electric system.
C. Transformer Installations on Applicant's Premir,--s
1. General
If an applicant's load in an urban or suburban area zoned for residential or commercial use is such
that a separate transformer Installation is required to serve him alone, and the transformer capacity
required is 75 kva or greater, the applicant will provide space on his premises for the transformer
installation in accordance with S(tetion C. 3. below. If space cannot be provided on the applicant's
premises, a vault will be installed at the applicant's expense in the street near his property line.
Transformer installations of .05 kva or more may also be made on the applicant's premises when
requested by him. In other areas, where transformer installations of 75 kva or more aro required,
surface or below ground transformer installations are preferred; however, if such installations are
not practical, transformers not exceeding 500 kva may be installed on a pole structure in accordance
with Section C. 3. below.

2. Transformers in Vaults, Rooms or Outdoor Enclosures
The applicant will furnish, at his own expense, a suitable concrete foundation, enclosure, vault or
room for the type of transformer installation designated by the Utility. The concrete foundation,
vault, room, or outdoor enclosure will conform with all applicable laws of the State of California,
municipal regulations, and regulations of other public bodies having jurisdiction, and shall be
subject to approval by the Utility.
3. Transformers on Pole -Type Structures
The applicant will furnish, without cost to the Utility, such space for a pole -type transformer
structure as is needed to maintain legal clearances from adjacent structures. The Utility will erect
a pole -type transformer structure.
4. Rights of Way
The applicant will furnish, without cost to the Utility, such rights of way and easements for the
Utility's facilities as are needed to maintain legal clearances from adjacent structures and which
will provide for adequate continuing access to the Utility's facilities.
S. Connections to Transformers
If the transformers are installed within an enclosure located out of doors and immediately adjacent
to a distribution pole, the Utility will bear the entire cost of connection between the overhead con-
ductors and the transformer primary voltage terminals. If an underground service connection is
necessary to connect the transformer to the Utility's system, or is requested by the applicant, the
installation of the service'lateral will be made under the provisions of 5ectiu 1 B. 2. or B. a. above.
D. Ownership and Maintenance of Facilities
All transformers, meters, service wires, appliances, fixtures and other facilities installed by the
Utility at its expense upon the applicant's premises for the purpose of delivery of electric energy to
the applicant shall continue to be the property of the Utility and may be repaired or replaced by the
Utility at any time and removed at thu termination of service.
No rent or other charge whatsoever shall be made by the applicant against the Utility for placing
or mainaining said transformers, meters, service wires, appliances, fixtures, etc., upon the appli-
cant's premises. The customer shall exurcise reasonabici cure to prevent the facilities of the Utility
on said premises from being daraaged or destroyed, shall refrain from interfering with the same
and in case any defect therein is discovered shall promptly notify the Utility thereof.
E. Customer Responsibility For His Equipment
The customer shall, at his own sole risk and expense, furnish, install, inspect and keep in good and
safe condition all electrical wires, lines, machinery and apparatus of any Lind or character which
may be required for: (1) receiving electric energy from the lines of the Utility, regardless of the
location of the transformers, meters or othor equipment of Utility; and (2) applying and utilizing such
energy, including all necessary protective appliances and suitable housing therefor. The customer
shall also transmit and deliver and be solely responsible for the transmission and delivery of all
electric energy over or through his wires and equipment, regardless of the place where such electric
energy may be transformed or metered. The Utility shall not be responsible for the same or for any
loss or damage to person or property occasioned thereby whether to the customer or to third persons.
F. Right of Access
The Utility shall at all times have the right of ingress to and egress from a customer's premises at all
reasonable hours for any purposes reasonably connected with the furnishing of electric energy and
the exercise of any and all rights secured to it by law or its tariff schedules.
G. Relocation of Services
1. When in the judgment of the Utility the relocation of a service, including Utility -owned trans-
formers, is necessary for the maintenance of adequate service or the operating convenience of the
Utility, the Utility normally will perform such work at its own expense, except as provided in
Section B. 2.d and B. 3.c.
2. If relocation of a service, including Utility -owned transformers, is for the convenience of the appli-
cant or the customer, such relocation will be performed by the Utility at the expense of the applicant
or the customer.
