RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL AND ROBERT 0.
VALENTINE, AN INDIVIDUAL DBA VALENTINE ERECTORS
AND VALENTINE CORPORATION, FOR WORK TO BE DONE
IN EAST SAN RAFAEL DRAINAGE ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
NO. 2, CITY OF SAN RAFAEL, MARIN COUNTY,
CALIFORNIA
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of San Rafael,
Marin County, California, that contract dated the 24th day of February,
1975, by and between the City of San Rafael and ROBERT 0. VALENTINE,
an individual doing business as Valentine Erectors and Valentine
Corporation for the work and improvements to be done in East San
Rafael Drainage Assessment District No. 2, City of San Rafael,
Marin County, California, is hereby approved; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor of the City of San
Rafael be authorized to sign, and the City Clerk thereof be authorized
to attest, said agreement; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Labor and Material Bond and
the Faithful Performance Bond to secure the performance of said contract
and to secure payment of labor and material claims be filed with the
City Clerk of the City of San Rafael in said matter, which said Labor
and Material Bond and said Faithful Performance Bond are hereby approved.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly and
regularly adopted by the City Council of the City of San Rafael, Marin
County, California, at a regular meeting thereof, held on the 24th day
of February, 1975, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Jensen, Miskimen and; Mulryan
NOES: Councilmen None
