A RESOLUTION OF THE SAN RAFAEL CITY COUNCIL
INCREASING VARIOUS RATES FOR CABLE TELEVISION
SERVICE PROVIDED BY TELE-VUE SYSTEMS, INC.
WHEREAS, the San Rafael City Council increased various rates
for cable television provided by Tele-Vue Systems, Inc; and
WHEREAS, Tele-Vue Systems, Inc. has petitioned the San Rafael
City Council in respect to rate increases for cable television services; and
WHEREAS, the San Rafael City Council has created a Citizens'
Advisory Committee on Cable Television to review the rate increases and
associated services; and
WHEREAS, this Citizens' Advisory Committee on Cable Television
has reported to the San Rafael City Council; and
WHEREAS, specific recommendations were made for both Level I
service and Level VI service;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the San Rafael City Council
that rates for the services of Tele-Vue Systems, Inc. detailed in Attachment
A become effective as of March 1, 1975.
I, MARION A. GRADY, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby
certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced and
adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of said City on Monday
the 24th day of February , 1975, by the following vote, to wit:
