A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SIGNING
OF A LEASE OR AGREEMENT
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL HEREBY RESOLVES as follows:
The MAYOR and CITY CLERK are authorized to execute, on behalf
of the City of San Rafael a lease or agreement with
Inter -agreement with
San Rafael Redevelopment Agency for Repayment to City
A copy of which is hereby attached and by this reference made a part
hereof.
I, MARION A. GRADY, City Clerk of the City of San Rafael, here-
by certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced
and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council of said
City held on Monday the 17th day of March ,
19 75 , by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Jensen, Miskimen, Nixon and Mayor Bettini
NOES: COUNC I LMEN: None

AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this �_ day of ^i
1975 by and between the CITY OF SAN RAFAEL, a municipal corporation, hereinafter
referred to as "City" and the SAN RAFAEL REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY, hereinafter referred
to as "Redevelopment Agency".
W I T N E S S E T H:
WHEREAS, the City is entering into a contract with COMARC Design Systems
for the utilization of their computer programming and the Redevelopment Agency will,
from time to time, utilize the computer programming or the end product of the com-
puter program as a result of the City's work project.
NOW THEREFORE, the parties do here agree as follows:
1. The cost of said services provided by COMARC Design Systems will be
paid by the City as billed. The Redevelopment Agency agrees to reimburse the City
for fifty per cent (50%) of the said billings within fifteen (15) days after no-
tification of the amount due the City, subject to the limitation that the maximum
amount the Redevelopment Agency shall be obligated to pay the City under the terms
of this contract shall not exceed Seven Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($7,500.00).
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the parties have hereto set their names the day and
year first above written.
