RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING MATURITY SCHEDULE FOR BONDS
TO BE ISSUED IN EAST SAN RAFAEL DRAINAGE ASSESSMENT
DISTRICT NO. 2, CITY OF SAN RAFAEL, MARIN COUNTY,
CALIFORNIA
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of San Rafael, Marin
County, California, by its Resolution of Intention No. 4509, as later
amended, provided that bonds to be issued to represent unpaid assess-
ments would be issued in accordance with the provisions of Division 10
(The Improvement Bond Act of 1915 of the Streets and Highways Code of the
State of California;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of San Rafael, Marin County, California, that the maturity schedule
for the bonds to be issued in said East San Rafael Drainage Assessment
District No. 2, City of San Rafael, Marin County, California, shall be
as shown on "Exhibit A" annexed to this resolution which maturity
schedule is, by this reference incorporated herein and made a part
hereof.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly and
regularly adopted by the City Council of the City of San Rafael, Marin
County, California, at a regular meeting thereof, held on the 21st
day of April, 1975, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES • Councilmen Miskimen, Mulryan, Nixon and Mayor Bettini

NOTE: Bond No. 1 is in the amount of $526.93. Bonds numbered 2 to
5, inclusive, are each in the amount of $1,000.00. The first five
bonds maturing in the following years are in $1,000.00 denominations:
1977, 1978, 1982 to 1984, and 1989. The first six bonds maturing in
the following years are in $1,000.00 denominations: 1979-1981, 1985
to 1988, and 1990. All other bonds are in $5,000.00 denominations.
