RESOLUTION NO.
RESOLUTION REQUESTING AUTHORIZATION TO PURCHASE TIRES UNDER STATE CONTRACT,
OFFICE OF PROCUREMENT, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of San Rafael,
California, does hereby authorize the Office of Procurement, Department of
General Services of the State of California, to purchase tires under State
contract for and on the behalf of the City of San Rafael pursuant to
Section 14814, Government Code, and that William J. Bielser, City Manager,
is hereby authorized and directed to sign and deliver all necessary requests
and other documents in connection therewith for and on behalf of the City of
San Rafael.
I, MARION A. GRADY, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, California,
hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly introduced
and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of said City held on the
5th day of May 1975, by the following vote, to -wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Jensen, Miskimen, Muiryan and Mayor Bettini
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: Nixon
