RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SIGNATORIES ON CITY OF
SAN RAFAEL DEFERRED COMPENSATION ACCOUNTS
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of San Rafael that
LAVON F. ELLER and JOHN B. AVERETT as Plan Administrator and as Fiscal
Officer, respectively, are authorized to sign jointly on accounts es-
tablished by the City of San Rafael Deferred Compensation Plan. Such
authorization shall apply to accounts established with Mutual Funds or
with Savings and Loan Associations, and shall be effective until
written notice is sent terminating such authorization.
