RESOLUTION FIXING FEES FOR REPORT OF
RESIDENTIAL BUILDING RECORD
WHEREAS, Section 12.36.080 of the San Rafael Municipal Code provides that
any person desiring a Report of Residential Building Record shall, at the time of
filing an application, pay to the City a fee to be established by resolution of the
City Council; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to set the fee referred to in said
Section 12.36.090.
NOW, THEREFOR BE IT RESOLVED, that any person requesting a Report of
Residential Building Record shall at the time of filing an application therefor
pay the following fees; for a report of a building containing a single living
unit - $50.00; for a report of a building containing more than one living unit -
$50.00 -.for the first living unit plus $5.00 for each living unit in addition to
the first unit; for a report of a condominium unit where the land is in common
ownership - $30.00; for a re -inspection necessitated by failure to have the building
accessible at an appointed time or other reason beyond the control of the city
officer a fee of $15.00 in addition to the required fee.
I, MARION A. GRADY, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby certify that
the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted at a regular
meeting of the City Council on the 2nd day of June 1975, by the following
vote, to -wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Jensen, Miskimen, Mulryan, Nixon and Mayor Bettini
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None
