RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING APPLICATION FOR A PLANNING
AND FEASIBILITY LOAN FROM THE DEPARTMENT OF NAVIGA-
TION AND OCEAN DEVELOPMENT FOR A SMALL CRAFT HARBOR
AND LAUNCHING RAMP
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of San Rafael as follows:
That the City Manager is hereby authorized for and on be-
half of the City of San Rafael to execute an agreement with the
State of California, acting by and through the Department of
Navigation and Ocean Development, Resources Agency, for a loan in
the amount of $35,000.00 for the purpose of planning a
small craft marina in the vicinity of the dredged channel at the
mouth of San Rafael Canal.
I, MARION A. GRADY, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby
certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly in-
troduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of said
City held on Monday , the 2nd day of June ,
19 75 , by the following vote, to -wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Jensen, Miskimen, Mulryan, Nixon and Mayor Bettini
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None
