RESOLUTION NO. 4978
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SIGNING OF AN AGREEMENT WITH
THE SAN RAFAEL SANITATION DISTRICT, GEORGE H. DEXTER, JR.,
AND GERALDINE LORRAINE DEXTER TO QUITCLAIM CITY'S 10' SEWER
EASEMENT AT 445 FRANCISCO BOULEVARD
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL HEREBY RESOLVES as
The MAYOR and CITY CLERK are authorized to execute, on behalf
of the City of San Rafael an Agreement with the San Rafael Sanitation
District, George H. Dexter, Jr., and Geraldine Lorraine Dexter, and to
execute a Quitclaim Deed, copies of which are hereby attached and by this
reference made a part hereof.
I, MARION A. GRADY, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby
certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced
and adopted at a REGULAR meeting of the Council of said City held on
MONDAY, the 16TH day of JUNE, 1975, by the following vote, to -wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Jensen, Miskimen, Nixon and Mayor Bettini
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: Mulryan
