A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 4980 PERTAINING TO
THE COMPENSATION AND WORKING CONDITIONS FOR
FIRE DEPARTMENT PERSONNEL
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of San Rafael as follows:
Section 1. Salaries. The salary ranges for the 1975/1976 fiscal year for
those positions represented by Local 2208 of the International Association of
Firefighters is included as Exhibit "A". Said salaries are to become effective
July 1, 1975.
Section 2. Section 2 of Resolution No. 4980 shall be amended to read as
f ollows :
Insurance Program. As an added fringe benefit, a maximum amount
of Seventy Dollars ($70.00) per month will be contributed towards the
cost of each eligible employee's Health, Accident, Life and Disa-
bility insurance package. Selection of coverage must include the
employee's basic health plan and $5,000 life insurance policy
offered by the City.

the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted at a
Speci al meeting of the Council of said City on Monday , the
