RESOLUTION DIRECTIING PROJECT ENGINEER TO PREPARE
AND FILE AN MIENDED ASSESSMENT, EAST SAN RAFAEL
DRAINAGE ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 2, CITY OF SAN
RAFAEL, MARIN COUNTY, CALIFORNIA
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of San Rafael,
Marin County, California, on the 24th day of February, 1975, levied
an assessment in East San Rafael Drainage Assessment District No. 2,
City of San Rafael, Marin County, California; and
WHEREAS, since the levy of said assessment, certain par-
cels of land have been divided, and it is necessary to apportion
the assessments to reflect said divisions;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of San Rafael, as follows:
That the firm of GONZALEZ & OBERXA1IPER, Project Engineer
for said assessment district, is hereby directed to prepare and
file with the City Clerk of the City of San Rafael a segregation
and apportionment of Assessment No. 28, in accordance with the
benefits to the several parts of the original lots or parcels upon
which said assessment was levied,
That, upon the filing of said amended assessment, the City
Clerk of the City of San Rafael is directed to fix a time and place
for a hearing in the manner prescribed by law.
The City Council hereby fixes the amount of costs and
fees for preparing the Amended Assessment, the Notices and the
Amended Assessment Diagram as follows:
(1) Engineering fee payable to Gonzalez &
Oberkamper, Civil Engineers, Inc. $300.00
(2) Legal fee payable to Sturgis, Den -bulk,
Douglass & Anderson, Special Bond Counsel $189.00

The Project Engineer is hereby further directed to give
notice to the property owners in accordance with the provisions
of the Streets and Highways Code.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly
and regularly adopted by the City Council of the City of San Rafael,
Marin County, California, at a regular meeting thereof, held on
the 7th day of July , 1975, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen Jensen, Miskimen, Mulryan, Nixon and Mayor Bettini
NOES: Councilmen None
ABSENT: Councilmen None
