RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
SETTING FEES AND CHARGES FOR PLANNING DEPARTMENT SERVICES.
WHEREAS, the City Manager has conducted a survey of fees and
charges to be charged for various services rendered by the City of San
Rafael; and
WHEREAS, the fees and charges that have been charged for Plann-
ing Department services are insufficient to reimburse the City for the
services rendered; and
WHEREAS, the City Council as a matter of policy does not wish
to receive profits from the rendering of said services but only reimburse
the City for the expenses incurred in the issuing and serving of various
permits and services rendered.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the fees and charges to
be paid to the City of San Rafael shall be in accordance with those set
forth in Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein as though
fully set forth.
I, MARION A. GRADY, City Clerk of the City of San Rafael, here-
by certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly introduced
and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council of said City held on
Monday, the 4th day of August, 1975, by the following vote, to wit:

ning Department. The fee must accompany the application. Once an application is accepted,
the fee is nonreturnable regardless of the dispostion of the application.

Filing any application after a Notice of Zoning Violation has been issued

NOTE: Where more than one type of action is required for a single proposal and all
applications are filed simultaneously, the fee shall be the largest fee required
for a single action, plus one-half of the next largest fee.
