A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SIGNING
OF A LEASE OR AGREEMENT
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL HEREBY RESOLVES as follows:
The MAYOR and CITY CLERK are authorized to execute, on behalf
of the City of San Rafael a lease or agreement with
Turrini's Auto Salvage (For Removal of Abandoned Automobiles)
A copy of which is hereby attached and by this reference made a part
hereof.
I, MARION A. GRADY, City Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby
certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced
and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council of said
City held on Monday the 4th _ day of August
19 75 , by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Jensen, Miskimen, Mulryan, Nixon and Mayor Bettini
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None

AGREEMENT FOR REMOVAL OF ABANDONED VEHICLES IN SAN RAFAEL
THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into this � day
of hi/y;isT , 1975, by and between the CITY OF SAN RAFAEL, Marin County,
California, hereinafter called "City" and TURRINI'S AUTO SALVAGE,
hereinafter called "Turrini's".
IN CONSIDERATION OF the City's agreement to permit
Turrini's to remove all abandoned vehicles within the City, Turrini's
agrees to remove all said vehicles promptly upon notification by the
City of the location of the abandoned vehicles at no cost to the
City, with the exception that if the removal of said vehicle(s)
or part(s) therefrom would require special equipment or excessive
labor. In these limited instances where special equipment or ex-
cessive labor will be required, the City reserves the right to
solicit bids and award the removal to the lowest responsible bidder.
THIS AGREEMENT shall be in force and effect until can-
celed by either party upon thirty (30) days' written notice.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this
Agreement on the day and year first above written.
